What have Ohio politicians been doing. All this stuff should of been figured out before it was voted on. Illinois had rules and laws and dispensaries open on day one.
You can’t pass new laws that were voted on by Ohio voters, then change the medical marijuana, laws again after the vote is decided. And under one week the mayor, Mike DeWine, gets a little heat from the justice system and other big private interest to do a conference, on which changing the medical marijuana law, again must be done to prevent Such and such to happen, this medical marijuana bill had enough time to be debated and then challenged and fixed and then voted on. Mike Devine already knew Months in advance that the bill wouldn’t pass. But somehow the bill passed by the voters. and now Mike Divine must figure out how to derail medical marijuana bill at any cost necessary. The yearly Marijuana confiscation by the police as bust money or the money funding to stop the use of marijuana police budget won’t get it

It is Bs. They are now trying to add in their own law that goes against issue 2 which says its up to private propery owners if they are allowed to smoke on the premises. Just shows that the ohio GOP has a big problem with people using marijuana on a bar porch which is way safer than alcohol. While everyones getting drunk inside. Btw some people smoke weed and end up drinking less. Anyway we need to uphold this "rule" they are making up. If a bar owners has a couple people smoking marijuana on a patio and he doesnt mind… why should the government come in and take the bar owners money and buisness away. Guys this is insane. They are so hurt by being marijuana being legal. They are such sore losers.. and they want to keep going agains our will. I say protest them… This isnt fair to buisness owners at all. This is draconian scare tactics… And honestly almost mafia like. Lets protest!
