13:46 a thousand minutes a week, that's almost 2 1/2 hours a day, everyday… Going to have to figure out how to allocate 15% of my day to physical activity, when I have a desk job.
Please tell us you'll have regular colonoscopies starting soon, and are already using the new tests like Geneoscopy or Cologuard. Your cancer risk is very high!
You cannot eat in a calorie deficit for any extended period of time.
If you are eating in a calorie deficit you are losing weight. If you arent losing weight its because your maintenace has decreased fron what it used to be. So you aren't eating in a calorie deficit.
Great summary reference vid. Much appreciated. Where can I find a link to the Nyugen et al study on Hazard Ration of CHD Mortality? I'd like to read more. Thanks!
In order to estimate risk, you need to establish causality first, this can only be done through randomized controled estudies, not observational estudies. Not sure whether the data pointing out saturated fat as dangerous is reliable or not…
Your routine prioritises looks muscle strength and gains not longevity. Diet is such an important factor and you go against the longetivity scientists and with the muscle building scientists instead The caloric restriction benefits are nullified by high protein specifically bcaas and methionine. 0.8 grams per kg might be optimal for longetivity however you could compromise and go to about 1.2g per kg. Building muscle is not bad and Whatever muscle built on this amount would be longetivity promoting but going higher for more muscle is anti longevity
Problem I have are the people telling me if you are obese a shorter lifespan? I know a lot of elderly people obese yet they are still alive into late 60s n early 70s. Someone what to explain that?

What about cold exposure?
Thanks for your all contributions to longevity science over the past almost 10 years
It would be great that you had an open discussion with carnivore advocates such Bart Kay or Dr Berry
Great video, thanks
I can't believe you are parroting the flawed science saying saturated fat is bad and you need to reduce it for longevity. That's just not true.
In order to estimate risk, you need to establish causality first, this can only be done through randomized controled estudies, not observational estudies. Not sure whether the data pointing out saturated fat as dangerous is reliable or not…
Does sauna need to be dry or steam sauna work aswel?

The simple reason for age related physical decline is people donβt care. They were able to βcheatβ when they were young. Old habits die hard.
I do alot of these but I feel like I won't benefit because of my insomnia combined with having to work a full-time job.
