  5. End probition on weed. Tylenol has evidence that’s killed people , alcohol, Some subscription pills, and other street drugs like fentanyl. However THC has no evidence of killing anyone but it being illegal empowers the criminals . if ya move THC to a safe retail and it’s not considered illegal you put consumers away from criminals and deprive criminals from becoming more dangerous and rich by it being illegal .   10. People need to understand that over half the country is legalizing and it is clear that cannabis is no where near a schedule I level of substance.

    Alcohol has destroyed many lives and was banned and unbanned yet the government drags it's feet on this issue is ridiculous, I am aware that the only way the government will okay this is if they stand to gain from it tremendously, the financial incentive for it to remain illegal is just too high for the government to give it up. If we honestly look at the money made through the justice system from the enforcement and prosecution of cannabis laws it clearly points to a lucrative operation for the government.

  13. We need to legalize recreational marijuana. If our government really cared about our safety they’d see that alcohol causes more harm then marijuana.

    Having Marijuana illegal is causing more harm then good. Including people lacing street marijuana with shuttle more addictive synthetic cannabinoids, or metallic salts.

    We need the government allow the fda to regulate marijuana.

    There should be nothing wrong with a safe and temporary buzz god made to be discovered.

    God is all, god didn’t say anything about marijuana, he told us if anything use all the plant he gave us, for food, medicine, and for fun if we evolved to a point to be conscious enough to understand.

    Marijuana doesn’t effect your judgment, it plays with your memory by making every moment feel like a moment.

    Alcohol plays with your judgment and memory to a point you cannot remember things, sometimes nothing.

    Plus alcohol’s a poison, thc plugs into our natural cannabinoid receptors. Have you ever ran for a mile or 2. That’s what marijuana feels like.

    I like to use it when I’m doing lighter weights like dumbbells or a machine. 1)it makes working out more fun by helping time feel like it’s moving faster. 2) it doesn’t hurt as bad. 3)I smile a lot more and wanna laugh at the fact I’m at the gym again… when I wanna be greedy eating salmon.

  15. What kind of stupid law is that. Only legal in Cherokee? Its alot better then alcohol. And some of these laced weed going on around here. We need a store so people dont get screwed getting it from the street.

  17. NC had no problem with a destructive substance like tobacco; alcohol has their "blessing", religious hypocrites dominate the state…and those of us with some sense left NC as soon as we could. After living in a blue state for years I couldn't imagine going back to living in a state that has no respect for basic human rights.

  23. This is so absurd, there’s always going to be a derivative of thc that scientists will find and synthesize . It’s contradictory to risk other peoples health all for the sake of virtue, these federally legal derivatives are more harmful than real deal thc and you can find them in the average unlicensed gas station .

    I got out my pipe stuffed it with pot

    You better believe it held a whole lot.

    I whipped out a lighter thumbed up a flame

    Sucked down that smoke which comforts my brain.

    I tried alcohol smoked cigarettes

    They did nothing but give me regrets.

    My mom had arthritis could not walk around

    I rolled her a joint she danced on the ground.

    I thought I was losing my lovemaking knack

    After I smoked some to me it came back.

    Soon I decided prices were high

    I searched for some ground I wouldn't have to buy.

    I bargained for seeds from smokers all around

    Got in my truck and drove out of town.

    I walked through the woods where wild birds nest

    Found me the meadow I thought was the best.

    I dug up the ground sowed all my seeds

    Said a small prayer for strong, healthy weeds.

    I watered at night with a five-gallon pail

    Mosquitoes went hungry for I wore a veil.

    Seven months went by; I thought I would die

    Till the Halloween moon was high in the sky.

    At night I went out, in a camouflage suit

    Used my corn knife to chop down the loot.

    I hung it up to dry where it couldn’t be found.

    Came back and got it, when it had turned brown.

    I trimmed off the buds, stuffed them in bags

    Called all my friends and passed out free drags.

    In less than a week my crop was gone

    I flew to St. Thomas with a love hungry blonde!!

  34. I don't understand Why they don't want to Legalize it, I'm not A Smoker or User of it,but if it helps All People with Health Problems & Pain,Staying Focused,Then WHY NOT,Alot of People Function better With it than W/O It.
    It Helps alot of People & It Should Be Legalized & If I Ever Have to Use it I Would & Also With the Cost Of MedicineSo High people can't afford It to Buy their Medications & I'm Sure that Medical Marijuana Is Alot Cheaper than Alot of My Medicine that I Take,People with Depression,Adhd, Ptsd ,Mental Health, Bipolar Etc. Some of them Really do Need it,SO LEGALIZE IT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christ anointed with oil..kanabosem..cannabis the only incense allowed in the temple was cannabis flowers..the pharasees were angry because they declared Noone but priests could be anointed with kanabosem…just ask the State of Israel chief historical and anthropology experts who made this public knowledge world wide.
    At that ..Israel for a time was worlds largest medical cannabis research facility..and the medical facts have been proven on countless ailments to be the cure…only ignorant people..or corrupt politicians who get wealthy pushing big pharma like fentynal..and keeping Creators cure hidden with decades of lies and persecution of those of us who had to be outlaws to aquire it… 2:02 2:02 2:02

  40. Oooooooo, not to mention, I'm finding, that herb actually seems to be somewhat beneficial for type 2, pre diabetes. A1c, down or no change without metformin. Still testing tho, and mmmm nothing like the ability to walk in the park on , 2 bad airborne knees, hip, and back. Gotta be the best anti inflammatory going. I see why the stall on this bill.

    Nothing like pills and booze, to increase inflammation and raise blood glucose levels.

Hey, nothing like being a vet, and especially a dog of war vet, and having to take my PTSD out in the street to find a natural herb that actually subdues me, make me feel some kinda human, able to feel compassion, have things sound good to me, taste good to me, make me think of things other than horror, and etc.

    But hey, is what it is…..
