  1. I'm at 28 days. I have realized that running has helped me a lot during the day. I use chamomile tea at night for sleeping problems in the beginning. After two weeks I'm not even thinking about it anymore. Smoked everyday for 8 years and just leaned on it way to much. My dreams came back with a vengeance.

  2. Weed has nasty withdrawals if you use it 24/7 like we did. I didn't eat for at least a week, and lost 10kgs. Sweats, and extreme mood swings. After a week though, it is so easy to stay off it compared to booze.

  3. pull through man. Im right here with you. i am on day 3 or 4 didnt count. Im determined and will not go back. I have small bits of hope and excitement about the future as you do. great work. you are a strong person.

    Hope you're feeling better. I've had that virus/flu thing for over 3 weeks now. It's a killer!
