  1. I am almost in month 7 on carnivore. My A1C has dropped down to 7 down from double digits 😮. I am hopeful for a great Christmas with my A1C under 6! I am ever so grateful for your videos. These have saved my life. 😉

  2. The testimonies in this chat about reversal are amazing but eliminating sugar for 8 months has not helped me reverse it yet nor have I lost weight. Is there something else I need to do?

  3. Yes he is correct, however certain fatty meats are just as bad as carbohydrates. They can lead to gout, high cholesterol, and other ailments. Also this diet is quite restrictive, so you need to weigh the benefits. The real key is staying away from processed foods and correct portion control.

  4. not all carbs are made equal. Use a CGM continuous glucose monitor and see how food impacts on your own body. Raw oats uncooked or steel cut oats both may have be very low carbs con you. Refined carbs may take 6 hours to lower the glucose curve, while natural unprocessed uncooked carbs will take less than 2 hours. Check your real blood, check your real self with an CGM, lifestyle libre or so.

  5. I just got a 9.1 reading for glucose spike on a blood test and the doctor said i am prediabetic , if not already diabetic. I asked for another blood test because i drank to much rum 24 hrs before the blood test

  6. You can not reverse or cure diabetes. Anyone that claims this doctor or not is a scammer. You can mange your symptoms and mitigate its affects on your life that is all you can realistically hope for.

  7. It's okay giving up carbohydrates but you feel hungry all the time and living like a carnivore is very expensive in the UK and most of us are not on doctors salaries! At 77 I personally could not give a toss.

  8. high protein etc is bad for heart issues though. plus some things like caffeine etc cause heart rythum issues to worsen. also medications can have counter effect from some foods

  9. Why don't dr just say you're diabetic when you're pre-diabetic so a per can start working on health early in life before they hv to start on med, just take the word out of being pre-diabetic

  10. I am diabetic. I have my blood sugar controlled, I look and feel very healthy, more than most people, but it’s very hard work, and it’s NOT A REVERSAL AT ALL. My blood sugar will rise higher for longer than a non diabetic in every situation. I think saying that it is reversible is an insult to diabetics. Please talk about controlling blood sugar, not reversing diabetics.
