  1. Texas cannot call itself a free State. My legal purchase tonight would have been a minimum two to twenty year felony sentence. I don't think a lot of people understand what happens once the label of "felon" is put on you. Still a lot of "ha ha, the loser stoners got arrested" mentality going on.

  2. PATHETIC!!!!!!! You can get better THC concentrations from drug dealers than from a state sponsored growing operation. Texas I have loved you for 50 years and yet you're STILL useless and pathetic!!!!

  3. they would lose too much money if they legalize it. What reason would they have to search your car or arrest your for anymore it's like 90% of the arrest every week. Poss. Poss. Poss. They aren't going to let go of all that revenue easily.

  4. It's not going to have an impact, because the THC content is slightly higher that CBD. If you need medical cannabis go out of state. The so called "compassionate use" is so limited that the compassionate part is a joke.

  5. This is an awesome next step forward. But this plant should've been legal across the board federally long time ago.

The potency of some products like any Deltas to THC-P, HHC being sold here on texas, are unsafe and unregulated.

  6. Please Note human beings such as Veterans that use state legal marijuana instead of opioids we are denied housing

    State verses federal

By federal law, only opioids can be legally prescribed

I am homeless because I use state legal medical marijuana instead of federally approved opioids.

State and federal tax marijuana sales.

Veterans that use state legal marijuana are denied housing, shelter and PTSD treatment

  7. I'm handicapped. And I have to take medicine for epilepsy, tremors and spasms, sleep, my major depression and other things I don't feel the need to mention. I feel like this should have been supported YEARS AGO. ❀
