  1. One slice of cheese can be 400 cal. It’s super easy to eat 4000 cal a day. Every professional bodybuilder regardless of how much money they have this eating pretty much the same diet that the Rock cleans eating. He’s got the genetics and people gain weight as they get older so I don’t know why we expect this guy to look like he did when he was in his 20s or 30s. Also another factor being half African-American and half Polynesian he’s gonna look younger than if you were British or German. of course he’s on the gear prior to the 1990s everybody was.

  2. Look at those varicose veins, vein damage @6:14, damaged blood flow due to valves in the veins rupturing. This was further showcased in suicide squad as his role of peacemaker as not a health problem, but a show of strength.

  3. If you want to know what a strong dedicated athlete would look like without steroids, look at the Strongman competitions. Big, thick, but not cut and not "bubbly" looking. The Rock is juicing, just like most Hollywood big guys do.

  4. Anyone who thought for a minute that Dwayne Johnson was looking like that by eating chicken, rice and whey protein is smoking that Hunter Biden crack. I've worked out my whole life. People have accused me of using steroids. Never once. The Rock has been on gear for 25+ years and it shows. Steroid bod is so easy to notice once you've seen it next to natural athletes.

  5. I believe when the time comes he will blame other staff like most major athletes of his time era. For instance saying. I just drank the protein shake my trainer gave me because that is what I pay him to do. I had no idea he put HGH or HGT in it. Then in a few months everyone will forget.

  6. It actually does not matter because it is his body especially since many other people in hollywood take male enhancements. So people just are too nosy and in other people's business and feel like they are required to be in your business. Just because they can. I don't know if this will never change since the internet and people make their living being in other's business. That is how channels like this one make its living.

  7. I think most people realize you can get fit and pretty jacked from a healthy diet and working out to bulk up. But you need the genetics and juice to get that extra 10-15% to be like these guys.

  8. I’m sorry I’m 5’10 I weight 215-220 lbs. I have been working out for years. My biggest problem is eating. I cannot sustain myself on these chicken and broccoli diets. Nor 7 meals a day. Unless they were super tiny. If I eat one huge meal i’m good for like 6 hours.

  9. Well its all bullshit so they can supply the cosmetics and plastic surgeries industry. Its not possible to have a Hollywood physique like that over time and there is a reason many actors can go up and down for these roles and its not their diet or workouts. Im on trt myself, and its impossible to not add on the tummy are and posture when on and lose if i get off it.
    and if they were preaching what they actually do there would be an insane amount of jacked people in the gym that has time and put all that work in unless they dont put enough rest in.
