  1. Besides everything they put the tax money into is complete BS they just routed it in the direction by design so they can create more people against the people of Ohio Good luck with that I believe that more money should go to the education of our kids teach them about money and more things about reality

  2. Got it so they'll be harassing people more and trying to put them in jail more when they might not have been busted for anything they were not doing wrong before they might be able to pry a case out of something wow that's crazy Time for all sides to make money I guess. In as far as a urine test goes come on guys we're really going to hand over our bodily fluids so they can start collecting that seriously๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ข needless to say studies have already been shown on this accidents with marijuana are almost nil and they have been going on way longer than them legalizing it๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

  3. Maybe you guys should ask someone who knows what they're talking about next time due to the nature of marijuana a urine test does not work in the case of a DUI none of the tests you mentioned are viable to determine a DUI

  4. Am I going to now be a target by police because I have a medical marijuana card? How long after I stop smoking will this roadside test show I can drive? I'm positive that driving the next day after using you'll be fine to drive but can you pass this new roadside test? Unless something is done it looks like an easy revenue stream for the police.

  5. HOW INCOMPETENT DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO UNDERSTAND A RAPID DRUG TEST (of any form) CANNOT HOLD UP IN COURT AS IT HAS ZERO CAPABILITY TO DETERMINE IF SOMEONE IS PRESENTLY UNDER THE INFLUENCE. I honestly hope they do try this, I personally will volunteer to help every person affected pursue a lawsuit. Get the outrageous taxes back to the ppl who bust their asses to pay officialsโ€™ salaries.

  6. Change it and 57% or more voters will make sure elections donโ€™t go their way! Vote BLUE Ohio, up & down each & every ballot to gain freedom from dictators who rule over Ohioans! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿ’™

  7. There is no way someone can detect if another person is under the influence of marijuana. The only way of detection at this point is either through a blood analysis, or a urine analysis. Anything else is purely speculation. Marijuana can stay in your blood system for approximately 72hrs. Marijuana can show in your urine for weeks. I would take any cop to court under any pretense. In other words, how can anyone determine if you consumed marijuana 30minutes ago, as apposed to have consumed marijuana within a 72hr period? Until they can devise a test that proves otherwise is PURELY SPECULATIVE!!! You cannot give a sobriety test that is for alcohol, or any other drug the same way as a cannabis user. They effect people differently. A WIN WIN WIN in the court system. Just make certain if needed. A defense attorney that is very educated about marijuana. What is to stop a dishonest cop from lying about his/her suspicion of cannabis use. The court will take a cops testimony over yours in a heart beat! What if you gave someone a ride somewhere and they reek of weed, then you get pulled over and the cop says you smell like pot, then arrests you for being under the influence, and then impounds your vehicle. What if that same ordeal ends up costing you your job? All because of a lie or a misunderstanding. REMEMBER everything you say will be used against you in a court of law…..NOTHING EVER you say is used in your defense in a court of law.

  9. "โ€œIn strict medical terms marijuana is far safer than many foods we commonly consume. For example, eating 10 raw potatoes can result in a toxic response. By comparison, it is physically impossible to eat enough marijuana to induce death. Marijuana in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man."

    – Francis Young (DEA Administrative Law Judge – 1988])

"Penalties against possession of a drug should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself; and where they are, they should be changed. Nowhere is this more clear than in the laws against possession of marijuana in private for personal use…โ€

    – Jimmy Carter (U.S.President)

โ€œCongress should definitely consider decriminalizing possession of marijuana… We should concentrate on prosecuting the rapists and burglars who are a menace to society.โ€

    – Dan Quayle (U.S. Representative & Vice President)

"Even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could."

โ€œThe anti-marijuana campaign is a cancerous tissue of lies, undermining law enforcement, aggravating the drug problem, depriving the sick of needed help and suckering well intentioned conservatives and countless frightened parents.โ€

    – William F. Buckley Jr. (American conservative author & commentator)

"The illegality of cannabis is outrageous, an impediment to full utilization of a drug which helps produce the serenity and insight, sensitivity and fellowship so desperately needed in this increasingly mad and dangerous world."

    – Dr. Carl Sagan (American Cosmologist, Astrobilologist, author & science communicator)

โ€œYou bet I did -โ€” and I enjoyed it.โ€ ….when asked if he had ever smoked marijuana.

    – Michael Bloomberg (New York City Mayor)

"Studies have consistently failed to establish the existence of a link between the harshness of a countryโ€™s drug laws and its levels of drug use."

    – Kofi Annan (U.N. Secretary General)

"Pot is a better drug than alcohol. I'll prove it to you. You're at a ball game or a concert, and someone's really violent and aggressive and obnoxious, are they drunk or are they smoking pot?"

โ€œWhy is pot against the law? It wouldn't be because anyone can grow it, and therefore you can't make a profit off it, would it?โ€

โ€œโ€ฆIt grows naturally upon our planet. Doesnโ€™t the idea of making nature against the law seem to you a bit โ€ฆ unnatural?โ€

-Bill Hicks (Satirist, Social Critic, Stand-Up Comedian)

"If the words "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" don't include the right to experiment with your own consciousness, then the Declaration of Independence isn't worth the hemp it was written on."

    – Terence McKenna (American ethnobotanist, author, advocate for responsible use of natural psychedelic plants)

  10. OK strange question here how would someone determine if someone is actively high while operating a vehicle. Last time I was aware marijuana stays in your system for 30 days. That's one or two hours of having a good time with several days of not being high with it still showing up in your system. How can cops tell the difference between someone who has THC in their system three or four days ago versus someone who is actively under the influence of cannabinoid? As for roadside piss test. That just sounds like a way for cops to gather more peoples DNA as well as make them perform acts of public indecency.

  11. This is not news this is bullshit propaganda. Could you imagine if these talking heads had the passion the old reporters had instead of repeating Government prompts… and with 3 seconds of research this idiot could fact check herself lol

  12. Urine testing for drivers? Do they not realize THC metabolites stay in your system for up to 30 days?!?! How many false DUIs will be issued then? How will we be able to accurately test people behind the wheel?

  13. Lies. There hasnโ€™t been an increase in traffic offenses in Colorado, Michigan etc. It would be nice if the media would report REAL NEWS. Iโ€™ve done extensive research, and this is debunked. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š
