First of all CBD is NOT found in the seed, seeds contain no canibanoids, it is however an crystalized oil extract that is made from the trichomes of a female flower of either a hemp plant or a marijuana plant with very low THC. Please don't mislead people, a simple Google search will verify.

if you add the oatmeal to the oil phase it is better ,in water it tends to get lumpy and gloopy
