  1. So frustrating… especially considering problems eating is a massive part of adhd. I hyper fixate on a food and will eat it for days/weeks, months. If you tell me to fix it with food I would be screwed because I actually can’t just eat whatever it will make me throw up…. Literally

  2. Also ma’am, you deserve to be happy & if that man makes you happy & your life better… then yes, you deserve him… & just bc you weren’t ready bc you still have to heal, doesn’t make you any less deserving… I fr hope the best for the two of you & your precious daughters…

  3. I use the calendar on my phone to remind me of things. I make an event, then set the alert 10-5 minutes before or right on time to take or do something. I know this doesn’t work for everyone but in works for me.

  4. I hate people who criticize you in the chat for being "self-made" like you have somehow lost credibility for making a better life for yourself. If you have interesting content which people want to watch then you will usually succeed, the audience decides how successful you'll be.

  5. I personally do a balance of meds and exercise. I exercise for my mental health(depression, anxiety and panic attacks) and medicate my insomnia with benedryl and melatonin. I also take thyroid meds because i have hypothyroidism. I do tell people as often as I can that exercise really helps but i’m not pushy about it. I just tell my story in the hopes that it could help someone else. Because I remember being that person that was having anxiety and panic attacks that were making life completely unmanageable. I found out by accident that rigorous exercise 4ish times a week for 30 minutes to an hour makes my panic attacks completely disappear and anxiety almost nonexistent.

  6. I had the worst insomnia and I was sobbing in bed bc I couldn’t sleep.. lol it ain’t happening with simple techniques bro😂 I got cptsd, severe depression, severe anxiety and adhd. Feel your struggle Jess 😅 I can’t believe ppl rawdog life you’re right

  7. But yet they can move to wherever the heck they want. Make that make sense. They should have to do the same thing that the mother has to do. It’s not fair to us that raise our children full time while they can seemingly do whatever they want.

  8. I need my Adhd medication I am being gaslit by my psychiatrist. I have literally tried everything and it does not work. Aderall worked for me I was able to live not just exist. So if you need to take it there is nothing wrong with that. I am suffering horribly without it.

  9. Gotta point out… big pharma and big farma are in cahoots. Monsanto owns everything. The crap they put in our food makes us need medicine and it's that way on purpose. Not eating fresh pure foods will definitely make your mental health worse. It's a cycle no one can get out of. The drugs they put you on are not that different from some illicit substances, and it's allllll being pushed on us.
    Definitely take meds if they help you, but also practice those other things you mentioned, stay clean, eat clean, breathing exercises, etc. It's HOLISTIC, the TRUE meaning of the word. Holistic means attack the problem from all angles, treat even what may not obviously be affecting or causing the issue. Just saying, I've been unmedicated bc I can't be trusted with ADHD meds. I'm getting by with all the other approaches. It's tough.

    These people are not socially capable of intelligent discussion, due to their stubborn mindset, and attempting to reason with them will get you nowhere. The only way to win a fight with a troll is to not engage in communication at all. The more you try to argue with these damaged individuals, the more aggressive and self-satisfied they will become. They make up the minority of this channel’s community; if you don’t let yourself take their bait, the channel will be no worse off. Do not take their bait.

    And also, remember that as scummy as these people may behave, they are also people, with their own problems to work out. Don’t hate them, for they—in their own eyes—are not the bad guys, and the full impact of their behavior is lost on them. Accept that, though they have absolutely zero justification for their inappropriate behavior, they are humans too, who still have a chance for redemption that only they can achieve.

  11. I have a patient i work with who since 2005 was a drunk driver and had a accident and has a brain injury. And takes Adderall but since the shortage. The pills was orange and now they are pink and they dont work the same it doesnt help him with alertness or anything he can fall asleep at anytime now before it would really help him focus and be alert
