    3tbps Hemp Seeds
    1/2 cup oats
    (Blend those two to a powder)
    1 cup Soy or coconut milk
    1 tbsp of peanut butter
    1 banana
    1tsp cinnamon (optional)
    (Blend everything together)

  2. love hemp protein, lost 20 lb (stone and a half) over 6 months just using hemp protein powder in my morning smoothie. Don't like pea protein vegan powder, yuck! and can't have whey cos of lactose intolerance, so hemp it is

  3. Hemp protein is so healthy, contains 18 amino acids, boosts your immune system, strengthens your hair, my hair has never looked so good. I use two servings a day after I workout and I've noticed major muscle growth. I love this stuff and as he says, it helps carve carvings as well. I mix it is with my yogurt and I love the taste. It's a grainy taste and it also doesn't have any animal products in it.
