Philippines should understand that cannabis is given to the peace by the creator wether you are Christian, Catholic, or Muslim it is in Genesis ,and God saw the herb yielding seed and he saw that it was good and so it was… it is a service to man ,this plant is a clean source of food ,fuel ,fiber ,and medicine ! The word Manila comes from cannabis hence Manila rope was made from hemp cannabis fibers..and Philippines should embrace it as its national plant, however I believe it should be treated be used only medicinally not for recreational use unless over 21 years old and ANYONE CAUGHT GIVING THIS TO CHILDREN SHOULD BE PUT IN PRISON IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT CHILDREN OF PHILIPPINES TO LOSE MOTIVATION IN SCHOOLS THEY ARE THE FUTURE OF PHILIPPINES!
