I am a massage therapist and have had one bout of sciatica and work with client having had sciatica as well. I do not believe in remaining in excruciating pain. I will temporarily take the pain medicine while radically addressing sciatica. I use THC oils, regular stretching and yoga. Pidgeon pose has helped considerably. After massage session ( focus on gluts, feet and legs), I take Epsom sales baths, and ice-heat-ice. Never stop stretching and yoga is excellent for hip openers and release low back pain. Glut massages and specifically the piriformis muscle attached to the tail bone and hip joint has sciatic nerve the runs from the foot through leg, gluts the low back ( sciatic notch). Focus on the healing work and it will subside.
I sufger with sciatica pai . Had physical yherapy but did not like the way the PT dug his elbow into my groin region. That hurt so bad. I stopped going to PT and os waiting to get a epidural injection. I will start the recommendtions viewed on Dr Oz show. Hopefully it will work on me.
Get an inversion table. Fixed mine first week. It's been a year. Now I hang almost upside-down every other day for a few minutes. It works. I paid 165 dollars on Amazon. Best money I ever spent!
I have pinching pain in my both heels it could go to my hands even in my penis it seems like it can roam through my body my back pain is not severe my question is this actually sciatica or related to it or something else

l have a large partially calcified synovial cyst arising from the anterior aspect of the left L5/S1 facet joint which causes unbearable pain. Can the cyst go away by itself and secondly the exercises can be of any help? I tried some and the pain was worse.
why don’t you actually give a recipe. thar doesn’t help anyone if you don’t know how to make the drink. also the chair exercise went to fast to grasps.
I don't know anyone who wants to get surgery! 😢 I just got sciatica, worse pain I've ever felt. I refuse surgery, and I'm not on drugs, either. Just doing stretches( that are not too painful), exercises. I force myself to walk , a little. Going for a nonstop walk for 30 minutes or more seems to loosen up the entire body. I've always eaten healthfully, and I'm fit man not overweight. So , that has to be taken into consideration. But I'm confident the body can heal itself ( it's gonna take time and effort). But surgery, is the last resort , and no guarantee! No, thanks, I'm too young and to healthy to get surgery. Never have, and never intend to. It hurts but it's slowly getting better.
I’ve been prescribed an antinflammatory twice a day It’s called Nabumatone and it’s for hip/leg pain that the doctor couldn’t figure out until he did MRI and said I have arthritis. Would it be safe to take the pineapple/chia seeds regiment plus my antinflammatory twice a day
I would rather walk & exercise rather than have surgery or take pain medicine. Because I can't tolerate medication the dangers side effects. Are not good for your body.
Yeah I had a no pill solution alright…..it’s called surgery, it’s the only thing that got me out of over two months total pain——NO RELIEF! …….This came on like a light switch being turned on——I pray it doesn’t happen to you!
I liked most of this but felt it missed some key helpers that you can do daily. Chamomile tea twice a day. Magnisium taurate 2 or 3 times a day. Cbd at night, so you can get a deep rest. Garden of life cbd, inflammation response. Read and test the levels you need to keep the nerves quiet. It takes about 4 to 5 months.
Stretching and CBD helps me deal with Sciatica flare ups. Also sitting on a foam roller and rolling back and forth over the Piriformis muscle which is under the buttocks helps too.
Can we massage olive oil on spine once jn a week to prevent sciatica pain

Sciatica is usually a result of a hip issue causing compensation movements resulting in sciatica strain. Fix the hip and rid sciatica issue.
