  1. Legalize cannabis federally in each and every single state. This way, irrational politicians can't obstruct and prevent legalization against the will of the vast majority of Americans whom support full federal cannabis legalization nationwide. Treat cannabis exactly like we treat far more dangerous and deadly yet completely legal alcohol. Legal in all states.

  2. Cannabis needs to be just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

  3. Then why is it so expensive to qualify for a med mj prescription? The Dr who prescribed mine charges $350.00 just to meet with him the first time and then to get the card, itā€™s additional. He was arrogant, telling me, ā€œI already know why youā€™re here before you ask.ā€ He happens to be a very well known Dr who used to be at a ghetto, grunge office at a filthy Varsity Circle office, a building with urine puddles and broken windows and is now on the upper crust Beretania St. office who claims that ā€˜he likes to help patients with fewer medications and to empower patientsā€™ (which translates to, Iā€™ll give you your medical clearance for the State medical marijuana card for a hefty price on an office visit.ā€) And yeah, heā€™s charged me between $250 to $350. at different office visits calling the lower fee a discount but actually trying to gauge what the patient can pay. If you complain about his office visit costs heā€™ll lower your payment. He says itā€™s because he is not covered by insurance to charge for a diagnoses that will lead to a marijuana card. I find that hard to believe since he is just a regular MD and can indeed charge for an office visit but will overcharge you if you are seeking a medical marijuana card. Btw he hands them out like water to anyone who pays upfront, in office, that day. Legalizing marijuana would prevent a ā€œDOCTORā€ like this doubting ā€œTHOMASā€ who likes to ā€œCOOKā€ up reasons to justify high prices for his diagnoses. He got rich quick by this side business. Heā€™s not in it to help at all. Heā€™s in it to get paid as much as he can squeeze out of real patients in pain and people need to raise questions about his past billing discrepancies.

  4. "MediĀ¢al" cannabis is a very different issue compared to natural emancipation free of socio-toxic 3rd-parties.

MediĀ¢alization actually works like a trap empowering quite a lot of other friend$, except the consumers themselves. That's how we got kidnappings by the CPS, civil a$$et forfeiture by the judicial powers, executions with no trial… Benefits? The real "danger" to society is EASY MONEY fueling greed.
