It's a good thing CBD is legal in Japan. It should be legal anywhere since it's not psychoactive. But I believe THC, given at low-those does not affect cognition. There really is no such thing as 0% THC in hemp CBD oil. Small THC amount remains, aa long as it's within allowable limit of 0.3% percent (correct me if I'm wrong) in Japan.
