Yesterday I ate about half a cup of peanut butter (I did a high intensity workout and had used about 1000 calories, so I needed something to eat) and then this popped up on my recommended. I’m dead😭
I’m interested in seeing the walnut video, however, where in the name of all that is holy is “up here”? There’s nothing up there. I’ve seen other presenters point up towards the sky too, but you tap all around that area and there is no link. Most presenters load videos down below where you can clearly see the link. I don’t know, is Dr. Berg trying to be funny by pointing at the sky?
Pic’s Peanut Butter: 100% high oleac peanuts grown in Australia. Read the ingrediants on all food products. Only eat named oils… the 5 healthy ones. Extra virgin olive oil, Avocado oil, 100% Butter, Coconut oil, and possibly Sunflower oil if not overly heated in cooking.
Great video, Dr. Berg, but I can't afford to buy Valencia PB. It's $8.39 per jar at my local store as opposed to a regional brand of "natural" PB (ingredients: roasted peanuts and salt) which is $2. Should I just STOP eating this because I can't afford the Valencia PB? What's a person on a fixed income supposed to do — any suggestions? Thanks for all your videos and great information!
I love peanut butter and switched over to "all natural" which contains "Peanuts and Salt" only in the ingredients. I'll admit it's hard to stop eating it.
We have a brand in England called Meridian which is just ground organic peanuts and nothing else – I have a teaspoon as a treat now and then.. So many peanut butters out there laden with sugar and palm oil 😕
I don't eat peanuts or peanut butter due to my Stomach Burning and Insulin issues. If out of the blue moon I want them I eat Peanut Butter with omly Peanuts and Salt It needs to be mixed everytime and I prefer this type
I eat Moonlight Peanut BUtter from China for many years. It has Vegetable Oil (Rapseed and Cottonseed oil). What anyone think about this? Healthy? Why?
I completely removed peanuts from my diet what a difference!, I eat walnuts and macadamias etc but small quantities, currently eating grains free and my health has improve , eat only salads, wild fish and some grass feed beef, soups and some fruit and that's it
Sometimes as a treat when I occasionally have a sweet craving I mix natural plain peanut butter or another nut/seed butter with some unpasteurized honey, cocoa powder, and sea and or Himalayan salt. It's like healthy Reeses Pieces. Also good frozen.
I make my own Peanut butter now.

Please comment on my comment. But do you REALLY believe what these big corporations put in there ingredients and nutrition facts? I don’t.
