  1. I had a great influence in my life as a young man who taught me a few lessons. I used to take smll portions of his pot stash out of his top dresser drawer as a young kid like 12-13 yrs old. He led by example, even though it was the do as i say not as i do era….x-c skiing, mtn biking…..telemarking….jack jumping….swimming. Never running said it was too hard on your joints after awhile, never questioned him. I think if one were to imbibe anything that combusts the pulmonary system it should then be met the next day with some sort of cardio exercise.

  2. Started smoking weed at 14 years of age ( BIG MISTAKE) and stopped at 50. Emphysema and copd was the main reason for quitting, then I was diagnosed with psychosis -couldnā€™t sleep properly, couldnā€™t socialise, hated crowds, paranoia and anxiety. Donā€™t start using weed chronically at a young age when your brain is still developing, thatā€™s the mistake I made. Iā€™m now 56 and Iā€™m on sleeping pills and anxiety medication for the rest of my life.

  3. To clarify, I think it would be helpful to distinguish between two forms of ā€œvapingā€ which can be used for tobacco or marijuana (especially). One form is when thc or nicotine is infused into a liquid, which is then vaporizes into smoke. The other form of vaping is when one can simply heat the dry herb and inhale the active compounds found in the plant, as they turn from a solid to vapor (sublimation). The latter of these two forms of ā€œvaporizationā€ is vastly less harmful than the other method. In fact, the only downside to vaping mentioned is the trace inorganic compounds found in the liquid. The second method doesnā€™t have this downside. Anyways, itā€™s a common misunderstanding I see, simply fdur to lack of distinguishing

  4. I think life is very much defined by our mindset. Maybe vaping isnā€™t a ā€œgood ideaā€ but mentally I think itā€™s overlooked how an active addiction affects us.

  5. One key statistic to remember is there's no safe dose of smoking and the harm starts dramatically with the first puff. In other words there was a cancer study that showed the risk of a daily pack smoker to be about 10x the nonsmoker. Unfortunately the once cigarette a day, the "social" smoker still had a risk of 5x the nonsmoker. So the worst hit is the first!

Also new studies are showing that cannabis is harmful to circulation on the basis of THC alone regardless of how its taken into the body. People think that because there is a special cannabinoid receptor in the circulation it gives us free license to use this drug as its "natural" and the way things should be. Nothing is farther from the truth. This special cannabinoid receptor hardens circulation, and when activated will cause a disproportionate amount of heart failure, stroke, heart attack and circulatory disease! Another study from 2022 showed that the presence of cannabis on these receptors regardless of source basically makes it as if you have hypertension even though blood pressures in the individual may be normal. So you get a 4 percent yearly increase that becomes cumulative of hypertension induced illness that is not decreased by adquate blood pressure control, meds anything. So even a perfectly healthy person with normal blood pressures and no other risk factors if they use marijuana in any form for 10 years will have a 40 percent increased risk of a cardiovascular illness or problem as if they had uncontrolled hypertension. Not safe.

  6. C02 is not a pollutant. It makes up about .04% of our atmosphere and is essential for life on Earth. So, I would say that certainly more people would have been affected by air pollution than from co2, because Iā€™m not aware of anyone that has ever died from co2 emissions.

  7. Don't smoke anything. If you smoke things, you lose 80% of the material to combustion and you breathe in the byproducts. Vaping is when you heat the substance enough that it doesn't combust but you get to breathe in some of the contents. I am not comfortable using the word vape where I live because good-ol-corruption is taking the dangers of the E-Vape industry and applying it to all Vaporizing processes. I've vaped herbs for 10 years. I was born with a condition where every 20 seconds my mind blanks and I go on tangents or see the future. So using Cannabis for me was awesome because I was able to do so many things that I just couldn't do without it. The effects on short term memory are real but in my case, I'm used to it as I was born with a malfunctioning short term memory.
I have anxiety so bad that it petrifies me – to the point where I can't even enjoy my own hobbies. When I have Cannabis – I'm free from anxiety and I'm quite capable of learning anything. When I didn't have access to Cannabis, I graduated high-school with the lowest score in the history of my school. After having access to Cannabis, I ace every test in University or other studies. Cannabis is not for everybody, but for me, I started with nothing and Cannabis gave me everything. Without Cannabis I can't function. It's unfortunate the prescription Cannabis is treated so trivially. I can't function without it and yet the suppliers are casually several days late with preparing it for me – as if they think it's just some luxury.

It appears that my brain lacks connections due to either brain damage or Autism. When I have Cannabis, new connections are made and the negative aspects of my Autism seem to disappear. Another thing that Cannabis did was super-charge my ability to see the future. Most people will think this is crazy so I try not to tell people about the future in person. It's that sensation where if you were at a pool party and there was a crocodile in the pool, you would want to tell the other people at the party – likewise, I connect with what I call the greater awareness and I can't control the visions I see but I see about 7 years into the future. When I hear or see something, I suddenly know things like I'm a professor – except after that state of mind wears off, I go and confirm all the things that I learned and they turn out to be true according to real scientists. So I'm not sure if I'm autistic, have ADHD or if I'm something else. I use Autism and ADHD to classify my situation but I don't know many ADHD or Autistic people that can see the future like myself. My life is has been incredibly hard because I didn't know anything about my conditions until I was 32 and then 37. but I stay positive and try to share love with everyone. It is possible that people that see the future are lumped in with Schizophrenia but that is just disrespectful classification because I don't say crazy stuff to anyone. I tell them the future, they say I'm crazy, then the future proceeds to roll out exactly as I told them, and then they say "You were right". That is not Schizophrenia – that is team Jesus. For me, the other people are crazy because I tell them the future, they don't listen, the future then steam-rolls them and they wish they had listened to me.

  8. To the people reading this, look into making cannabisbutter.
It's so incredibly easy to make spacecake. It's waaaaaaaaaay better for you than any form of inhaling ( yes even a lot better for you than using a volcano).
To boot it's also a more effective way to get high. It lasts longer and the same ammount actually gets you more high.
The only downsides I can think of is 1, at first you would have to weigh your portions and get a feel of how much you need and 2, it takes between 30/50 minutes to kick in.

  9. Not even watching because I'm afraid dr. Peter Attia, well known nicotine addict, is spreading nicotine propaganda without even being aware of it. Hope this is not the case. Always, always remember that nicotine is so addictive that most probably you will become a slave of this substance for a long period of time. And if someone says they are not addicted – test them, ask them to skip their next dose. And then the next one.

  10. People have to ask themselves, what is the purpose of my interaction with substances?
The main purpose is to experience a predictable effect.
If you want to have consistency, you must be able to control the characteristics and the way of usage.
With alcohol it is simple and easy…
You know the % and you know that one beer bottle on an empty stomach will produce the desired result.
    With pills is the same.
Mushrooms no difference : 5g on an empty stomach , you know the cosmic intelligence will pay a visit.
Big companies have accomplished this predictable effect with cigarettes, but it was much more difficult because of tobacco blending ,drying and assembly of the cigarette itself (paper, filters)
Weed on the other hand is for the most consumers not standardised,
You don't know the percentage of the alkaloids and the terpenes in it.
The inhaling method is also not predictable … in result the effects you achieve is not consistent.
It was easier in the past , when weed was weak ,up to 15% thc and this was a heavy fuel back in the days…
Now up to 25% and sometimes even more it is getting dangerous especially for the younger brains.

    Weed is an universal amplifier!
People just have to choose what sensation or habit to amplify.
    For someone weed amplifies paranoia.
For others it increases the pleasure of food, entertainment, dancing or music ,sex and many other behaviours.
In this sense smart usage of weed can dramatically increase your potential.
If someone teaches themselves to enhance the feeling of a sport activity or to amplify his creative potential or any other daily task, weed is a great tool if done wright.
    It must be orally ingested.
Smoking is for spiritual rituals and purposes.
It must not exceed 10% and the most important thing is …
To be administrated on an irregular schedule basis.
You must literally flip a coin on your intention to flip a coin every third or fourth time of intended use. šŸ˜Š
People are just doing it not the right way and not for the right reasons.
