Been told I have forearm tendonitis and that I had a pinched nerve in my neck causing discomfort in my forearm. Looks like I’m retiring from cod as much of a good outlet it’s been for me. These issues have been going on for far to long and keep becoming more advanced.
Thank you I have been getting annoyed that day after day i get good sleep but No matter how i eat or sleep or anything I always get the horibal pain in my mouse hand Thanks for making this video who would you recomend I go to about this pain
I'm here because for the last three weeks I haven't been able to use my arms at all. I can barely make my own food and eat it. Haven't showered for three weeks and I'm using speech to text to write this. No gaming at all. It's all from playing too much. I reached the breaking point. it's been like this before but only for a couple of days at a time. Make sure your desk, chair, keyboard everything is good. Buy a cheap "ergonomic mouse" like a vertical one for non-competitive usage.
I think really the only two things that matter in the video is stretching and TAKING A GOD DAM BREAK. Go to the gym or something and work out and add in some mobility stuff at the end to strengthen your joints and help improve ROM. And also stop resting your carpal on the desk, that’s not your wrist which is why most people complain about wrist pains myself included. ( just started to feel pain because my muscles were very tense but I was also using my carpal as my anchor point so yea you live and learn)
My trouble is my left forearm really hurts (keyboard hand ) which I cannot understand why. My arm rest is in a good position. I have a keyboard wrist pillow and the keys are smooth. Any ideas ?
personally, ive been playing minecraft for 2 years and have never experienced wrist pain, as because of the constant clicking most minecraft players aim only with their arm and no wrist
I read that CBD actually impairs sleep (whereas THC can help if done correctly), so seems like it would be good during the day but not at night. Does CBD affect your reaction time, and how do you find your daily dosage?
Ron Rambo Kim: In this video I'm going to cover why you get wrist or forearm pains while gaming. Me who gets pains around my shoulder area: Yeah… that's pretty cool 😅
Should I just stick to 1 FPS game? I play a lot of them like COD, PUBG, Valorant, CS, APEX etc and I only play for 2 hrs a day I don't feel like im particularly good at any of them.
I got a super nice chair (Herman Miller) and my lower back doesn’t hurt at all but now my shoulder blades hurt when gaming and idk what it can be I haven’t changed my posture or anything
how hard should i grip my mouse? I play on a high sens and I like to hold my mouse very firmly but it also makes it very hard to hold angle for very long. gripping my mouse makes my aim more snappy but Im not sure whats more optimal a stronger grip or a lighter one
What do you think about wrist planting? I tend to plant my wrist which helps a lot with my aim. But downside is that i developed some pain around my wrist tendons. Idk what is the proper technique, some people says planting wrist is bad because it limits the manueverability of your wrist. And some says you can not have enough control without planting your wrist.
Hey iam a huge fan of your content and i have a serious question about the MousePad. The Question is what is better a soft or a hard pad and what are you or the most Proplayers are using?
Thanks a lot for your content and i hope i get a answer on my question from you =)
Make a video on how to adjust settings on AIMLAB to match the game you play, i currently play this game you know but it does not give information about the FOV when ADS for example.
@Ron Rambo Kim Sorry i got big question its worth to switch sens for high ? like i got 400dpi and 2.3 and its worth to go for 2,7 or something higher or no point if i play like 4,5 y on same one ? i saw a lot of ppl chang eaven like 1,7 to 3.0 ? any reason for that any tips for how to get use to new sens ?
I currently don't feel too much wrist pain while playing, but what really hurts me when I play is my nose, in fact I have the feeling of my nose being burned by the cold every time I inspire through it, is it due to the fact that I have less blood flowing through my nose while being focused on gaming ? Idk just wanted to share

i love you you are best
Now my wrist doesn’t hurt every 5 seconds
For far flicks I use my wrist first and stop before it reaches its maximum and transition to using my arm mid flick and that works well for me.
I like to play low sens but when i need to aim up or down my arm get stuck, the 70% of the time i die ☹️☹️. Any advice ?
