WHITEHALL, MI – Recreational marijuana establishments have received the go-ahead in the city of Whitehall, but there’s a potential that approval could go up in smoke.
The council last month voted 4-3 to approve a recreational marijuana ordinance that allows all but consumption establishments in the city.
