I’ve been taking this same product, 500 mg and it interrupts my sleep. I have a hard time sleeping when I take it and I don’t have any problems with sleep. Switch the times to see if that made a difference but it didn’t. Still kept me up. It works well for some and my only issue is it keeps me up.
