  1. I really really didn't want to put my baby boy on manmade meds. But after his 9th seizure on all natural treatment, I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
I put him on the generic form of Keppra (which is Leviteracetam) over a year ago and he hasn't had ONE seizure since!
Not ALL manmade meds are bad. This experience has really changed the way I think of the topic.

  7. my border collie had 2 seizures vet called them night terror ones, his liver blood count was high put him on a raw diet with milk thistle he hasnt had a seizure since hated the drugs for his seizure it called levetiracetam it totally knocks him out and thats no quality of life but since changing his diet his liver counts went back to normal. with the addition of milh thistle.

  8. My 11-year-old mixed-breed dog has had three spells of confusion and muscle rigidity. Not a full-blown seizure from your description. And all three times I suspected her dog food. I stopped feeding her that bag of food and no more problems, until years later. She starts pacing and being clingy. The first two I was standing next to her. She was standing and started leaning into my hand. Soon all her weight was in my hand. Her eyes showed her confusion. I held her and soothed her and it passed within 3 minutes. Same scenario for her second within that month. Fast forward at least 3 years and she had another one. This time she was clingy. Then she stepped away and I noticed her left front leg was rigid and she held it up in the air. I moved her to her bed and laid on top of her to comfort her. She was trembling slightly. It passed in about 3 minutes. Is this a seizure? Again, I switch dog food and she hasn't had any more.

  9. My dog lab 9 yrs have seizure twice in one year. Both the time it happened only for less than five minutes. I’ve doctor’s appointment but what do u suggest. when it happened first the vet said it was due to ear infection. Maybe that’s the case again as my pup has been scratching his ears more n more for few days. Pls reply. I’m very anxious.

  10. What kind of food would you recommend? I do have her on a half a cup in the morning of inst inct and 1/4 of that is dry and at 4th of that is the can but they're both in stink brand. Her lunch is a 4th of can I'm sorry for the cop sure balance now that isn't a good brand it's the tube meat that you buy in the refrigerator. And at dinner she gets 1/4 cup of raw whether it be heart or organ or lean ground beef I rotate them. So what would you do different for her diet? She used to be on Blue Buffalo but I switched her over to the instinct and like I said she only gets that in the morning and it's half kibble and half moist.and when they get their raw at night I don't add nothing else to it it's just either a worth a cup of heart or a worth a cup of kidney or a fourth a cup of le an ground beef. She's been having some hedge trimmers and I just kept watching her not ensure if that was just in her sleep because I didn't time she did that was in her sleep but she took a whole pledge spell the other night at 3:00 a.m. . I did order the mega 3 vitamins and I did order the MCT oil to give her,so I'm waiting for them to come.
