At two years old Haley collapsed in her first of what would be tens of thousands of seizures. After trying every medication available with no progress, she had …
I love her and her voice. Go girl, give us everything. Record a podcast about sea creatures, I would love to hear it, as someone who also absolutely adores the ocean!
Not to compare a dog to a human..we have an almost 16 yr. Old minipoodle who has had little seizures. We rescued Remy when he was 4. His seizures he is alert but can't walk. They last about 3 to 4 minutes and then he is back to himself, running, playing. We had a collie, Casey, who had grand mal seizires, meds did help him…with Remy not so. He has one about one or 2 months apart. I just stay calm and hold him. You are a terrific girl and so is your mom.💗
I’ve had 2 seizures over the span of 13 years, and my doctor thinks it’s potentially epilepsy. He’s recommended I go on medication because there’s a chance it could happen again, but is there really any point if they’re so far apart? Plus they’ve both happened randomly while I’ve been asleep
It is so ironic how Haley look older than she is in this video yet unfortunately she struggles with developmental delays. I assumed she was 18 or 19 when the video started and only when her age was stated did I realize how young she is. Often developmental disabilities are paired with physical ones but Haley just looks like an average teenage girl. I hope that this discrepancy shields her from some of the strife people with disabilities endure from others,
Im 24 and i like cartoons as well.. Whoever say anything bad are just followers… Its takes bravery and pride to be yourself and and not worry about dumb people and their comments…
I once had a manager with epilepsy who said the exact same thing Haley did: if he had a seizure, everyone should just stay super calm, as that would keep him calm.
one day, he did have a seizure at work. I wasn't there with him, another employee was (we were a very small shop and only ever had 1-3 employees present). the employee apparently freaked out and made a big deal about it and called 911, the whole shebang.
my manager hated it. he told me about it later. he was quite a young guy, in his 20s (I'm in my 30s) but was one of the best managers I ever had… I always felt protective of him. I still wish I'd been there that day instead, to treat him the way he wished to be treated.
If Haley's parents would be ok with this, I would love to connect Haley to my brother, who recently had his first brain surgery. He also had intractable epilepsy and I think it would make him very happy to know he is not alone and make a friend who has a similar life experience
You are as magic as the mermaids, i also have epilepsy and live in Colombia, i make music, here we have magical river creatures like the yacuruna of the amazonas, i dont write english but i hope that you get to swim with dolphins like you wish.

Yikes. This kind of stuff is a good reason not to have children.
