Vaccinated people are asked to lockdown. Lots of protesters today are vaccinated. If you are returning from Sydney to Melbourne and are vaccinated, you are asked to quarantine for 2 weeks. The disfunctionning logic of the bureaucracy is to blame for the discontent. Governments should send a clear message to tell citizens: vaccinate and then do what you want.
