  1. Take a stance against present state or country recreational marijuana legalization because it continually helps criminal organizations by getting them access to an another supply of recreational marijuana. For example, a lot of criminal organizations caught taking advantage of recreational marijuana legalization by orchestrating and operating recreational marijuana and cultivations operations allowed under Amendment 64 according to (The Legalization of Marijuana in Colorado The Impact Volume 4: Page 115). This example out of many more proves recreational marijuana legalization continually helps criminal organizations which increases criminal activity.

  2. I wonder if all of the small time dispensaries and growers in these states that now and will have legal pot, could incorporate, just as a legal entity but, still be run as subsidiaries? Pool some money together in the corporation's name for legal defenses, if the Feds do come a knocking under Trump's Admin. Seems to me, this would not be a bad idea, being that most of these businesses are unprotected legally speaking from a federal standpoint and could still be busted or raided. We all know the forfeiture laws, could cause a huge bump in the supply chain. The big question is, even though the state is the regulator, it is not the sole owner of these businesses, will the states come to the legal defense of said businesses, if the FEDS/DEA decide to throw down the gauntlet.

  3. Sessions is a brainwashed, misinformed and uneducated dinosaur from the propaganda days. He is the attorney general and a terrible choice. Trump MUST understand the business aspect and the tax revenue and leave this issue to states rights as the obama administration did. Legal pot is already a multi billion dollar industry..trump is a business man. He WILL NOT shut down this industry because it is big big business.
