My bf is only 25 n has serious vit b12 vit d and c deficiency and is having b12 and D injections. I have iron deficiency so anaemia and vit d. Definitely need to look into vitamins i think

An interesting idea, I have been diagnosed with Long Covid and by trial and error settled on some supplements that really help. This may be a better way for me to purchase the supplements so I know I won’t run out. Thank You
A very interesting box, the cbd muscle balm is great, it really helps me, I buy mine from Holland and Barrett but it’s £40 a jar if it’s not on sale. I’ve got a serious vitamin D deficiency and I have to go to the hospital every two months where they inject me with 300,000 units of it! They have to import it from Italy as the UK doesn’t produce one that high, I hope your dad does well with his injections and his levels stay up once he’s had the course, xx
