I have lost my discipline, motivation and struggle with keeping up with things I enjoy let alone things that just need or should be done. I know I shouldn't rely on others but I have no one with me directly to keep on me on the right track. Yes I should be able to do that for myself. Depression is real. It's horrible wanting to do something for others but not willing to do the same for yourself.
