  1. Smoking doesn't break a fast though. And bodybuilding with an 16 hour daily fast is not a problem. Train the last 1-2 hours before you start eating. Get at least 3gr per kg protein, and be fully loaded on creatine. Increase rep range to 20-30 x 5 sets, aim for burn and pump. Eat fat animal fat and plenty of it, that means bacon. Milk, not water.

  2. My breakfast is at 11am, dinner is at 6pm and I fast every Sunday.
    I don't do snacks, and if I do than it is some fruit.
    It's that ok? Any suggestions?
