Can I apply living in the UK on maybe special circumstances?? I am mentally and physically ill, I have nerve root damage due to disc prolapse' in my lower back and it looks like I may be suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder (mentally) Due to major anxiety issues I first tried cannabis when I was 15 and it made me panic and that panic lasted so as my mental health got more tender I learned that alcohol was what I needed to "Man Up" and be molded into another and as I grew older I found the hangovers far yo hard to embrace, to the point I would have to drink more and everyday for at least for days until the anxiety wore off, then when my back started playing up I found myself at the doctors being diagnosed with depression so I started being heavily medicated from prescription drugs Tramadol, Pregabalin, Duluxotine, Sertraline, Mirtazapine and Omeprizal, this led my to stop drinking, cold turkey style, it was tough, but I was in far to much pain to care, over the years I have become more confused and I believe sphychsis maybe setting in and I hade started to realise all the Darkness that has and does happen to me, bur also all of the wrong things I do, which to others. Last summer to help with my Chronic mental pain I started using cannabis as a way to cope (and as a last resort to save my relationship with my wonderful wife to be) the first couple of times I was 15 and panicking until tge cannabis helped me realise another perception, a place where the voices stop, a place when my tense and stressed body starts to actually relaxe, but it's costly and illegal in the UK, but all those other drugs the NHS prescribe me are extremely costly and deadly, but that's ok?!!! Why can't they allow me 1 maybe 2 plants a year so I can use it as a medicine and would cost the NHS hardly anything in comparison, would I qualify??

I tried alcohol smoked cigarettes They did nothing but give me regrets. My mom had arthritis could not walk around I rolled her a joint she danced on the ground.
I thought I was losing my lovemaking knack After I smoked some to me it came back. Soon I decided prices were high I searched for some ground I wouldn't have to buy.
I bargained for seeds from smokers all around Got in my truck and drove out of town. I walked through the woods where wild birds nest Found me the meadow I thought was the best.
I dug up the ground sowed all my seeds Said a small prayer for strong, healthy weeds. I watered at night with a five-gallon pail Mosquitoes went hungry for I wore a veil.
Seven months went by; I thought I would die Till the Halloween moon was high in the sky. At night I went out, in a camouflage suit Used my corn knife to chop down the loot.
I hung it up to dry where it couldn’t be found. Came back and got it, when it had turned brown. I trimmed off the buds, stuffed them in bags Called all my friends and passed out free drags.
In less than a week my crop was gone I flew to St. Thomas with a love hungry blonde!!

Marijuana doesn't exist. It's an out of date slang term appropriated by propagandists about 100 years ago. The plant is called Cannabis. It has medical use, recreational use. Other parts of the plant can be made into rope, paper & clothing.. with an economy like this, if you're not for legalization, you're the dope!
Cannabis Induced Psychosis is on the rise. So there will be a push to address that which means the taxpayers will have to pay that bill too. Of course they will not reallocate funds they already have. They will increase taxes to cover it. Because pharmaceuticals is the big money maker now. If people stop after the first psychotic break they recover. Those who continue to use and have a second break never recover. Good job! You are earning your 30 pieces of silver.
As soon as the government makes something as simple as this legal……then I would start taking them serious. Until then I will listen to them the same way it listens to its citizens.
One of the problems is the unsavory people in the communities (drug dealers, gang activity) are flashing wads of cash in front of the children constantly. That’s making them look at what they do as a way to move through life. Those people need to be put away. How is legalizing cannabis going to impact the communities? It’s definitely not going to make things better. It’s only going to compound the issue. Those unsavory people will deal openly in your neighborhood. Bringing the criminal element in. Shortly after break ins will become prevalent. Short sighted actions by a flawed administration looking to be popular and remain in power rather than to do the right thing.
Marijuana should be legal. They should have had to have had a vote to make it illegal. I'm so sick of prohibition type laws that don't and never have been accepted by the majority of the public.
