  1. I've been drinking a pretty neat smoothie: 4 spoons full of help protein powder, 1 scoop of Slimfast banana powder (full of probiotic Inulin), 1 banana, teaspoon of Linseeds for Omega 3, and Kefir milk – really tasty, not too sweet, fantastic breakfast! Super good as a probiotic.

  2. I did it with almond milk and peanut butter after a workout and it tastes so good! I love that its not that thick like other smoothies.

  3. This sounds great!! 🙂 Kale may also have some amazing clinical benefits through its effect on angiogenesis. There's been a few research studies looking at it's chemical compounds and certain cancer cells. Great smoothie !! Can't wait to try it
