What opportunity does hemp production offer to Irish farmers?

1. 1500 – 4000 Euro per acre return ? What does this mean ? turnover, gross profit , net profit before tax ?

2. Excellent interview. We need one big production plant here in Ireland to be able to produce hemp insulation for the construction industry with a simple scheme encouraging small farmers to grow it. Hemp as an alternative to Kingspan toxic polyiso crab is a no-brainer for the environment, health, and our economy.

4. It would be nice to see this plant coming back to Ireland. Its a stunning looking plant and is said to be very efficient especially for climate issues. No nasty chemicals needed and it looks like it doesn't need that much attention either. What else is there to say?
