  1. The sauce are made with carrots and other ingredients. They are not misso sauce. I know how they are made. Pretty much same concept when you make Korean KimChi. Japan take all these ingredients saucees from other cultures and combine in their style of taste.

  2. Never had Tofu; but, the salad looks good and the noodles look a bit interesting; but, I'd try so; some very nice and healthy 👀 looking plates of Japanese food amongst the table that I've never had, but would try. 👌
