A quantity of marijuana was discovered by officers of the North Eastern Division during an anti-crime exercise conducted in the St Augustine district on Monday.
The exercise was conducted between 4:30pm and 7:30pm on Monday.
During the exercise, officers proceeded to Santa Margarita, St Augustine, where they conducted a search of several unoccupied apartments.
The search resulted in officers finding 5.4 kilogrammes of marijuana hidden inside a suitcase and black garbage bag.
