  1. Hey doug hope you are doing well, I am on day 2 of Wellbutrin. Still feels like no matter what med I try or what therapy I do, this severe depression will follow me no matter what, but I am sticking to a healing plan and surviving one day at a time

  2. I tried everything and nothing besides anxiolytics really worked. Yes, intense exercise did elevate the symptoms to some degree, especially right after exercise, but effect never lasted for more than a few hours. This led me to overtraining and hurting my body. I planted it in my garden and drink a tea made from the fresh or dried leaves every morning (about 0.5L/16 ounces). That's enough to keep me calm throughout a day plus plus makes me falling to sleep easier. The other thing that helps me to feel rested after a night sleep is cannabis leaf tea. I simply add dried homegrown medical marijuana leaves into hot water with a bit of added milk and drink two cups just before going to bed.

  3. As I continue to heal (6 years now) I continue to find these videos quite comforting. I feel like you've been with me this whole time. Thank You for what you do.
