  1. I canโ€™t imagine pushing an elderly person, unless a train or bus was heading their way. They have fragile bones and bleed easily. A lot are on medication that can exacerbate an injury. That 26 y o should take the plea deal. Save herself and her parents the aggravation. Good behavior might be difficult for her in Rykers.

  2. Just wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE you coining the term โ€œDating Malpracticeโ€!! Positively BRILLIANT!!! Iโ€™m MUST admit that I am guilty of it!! Oh boy, did I ever pay the price!!!

  3. Two trials I cannot wait for – the twit that shoved the old lady and caused her death, and the yoga instructor! I hope they are streamed live!!!

  4. …..or maybe miss McCulloch was drugged by her date, either knowingly or unknowingly?

It's not inconceivable that an anon date off tinder etc tried to date rape or otherwise incompacitate her but bounced when she got out of control instead. Very very common thing to occur in Los Angeles especially Hollywood. I know many people this has happened to growing up there, both women and men so be careful folks.

Never accept a drink of any kind from anyone while out.
Never turn your back on a drink or set it down. If you do leave it and get another.
Don't do drugs or smoke pot while out in public especially with someone you don't know.
Better yet don't drink alcohol or use drugs ever especially when going out. Even then the same drink rules apply to no alcoholic drinks (eg water, red bull etc).

Stay safe everyone. There's a lot of sickos out there who are running game you don't even know about or want any piece of.

  5. Lauren P took Bridezilla to a whole new level! Let's hope she gets the full 25 years behind bars! Let her deal with her inner-rage behind bars with a bunch of other woman who can't control their tempers…maybe then she'll learn a little about "violence" and what it feels like to be on the receiving end.

  6. The fella who swallowed the drugs, he didnโ€™t have to swallow it, right? I can see her being charged with bringing contraband, but the guy didnโ€™t have to take it, much less swallow it. He killed himself as far as I can tell.

  7. Two of the crimes featured today involve fatal violence against senior citizens. Why are these not charged as hate crimes, especially the one perpetrated by a blk male against a whte male? Are seniors just fair game to law makers and prosecutors?????

  8. So unsettling to hear you talk with a smirk about defending someone who "head stomped" someone into a vegetative state, and gloated about getting it "wrapped up" and avoiding a murder charge for the perpetrator because he was in jail before the victim died. That person deserved a murder charge, and you smirking talking about how you were THANKFUL that they avoided getting a murder charge is just so wrong. Where to criminal defense attorneys draw the line at morality? You can defend someone to make sure they are treated fairly without trying to get them out of facing their full crimes. Disgusting.

  9. Personally I would not be bragging about getting someone off a murder charge by getting in there before the victim died , yes it's your job to protect the guilty , but bragging about it is crass ! Also it's ok to say that if you don't pay for crime search before going on a date is dating malpractice, but what about if someone can not afford it ? Hardly right to call it malpractice. I think you need to check yourself sometimes .

  10. No wonder that lawyer said she wasn't a flight risk he's already taken every penny the entire family has, can you imagine the final bill. And she's still going to prison. SMH
