  1. After 35 years in Florida, I can relate! Welcome to the south as far as lack of customer service and your property management. From my lawn care to most other home projects requiring assistance, I have found most people to be undependable and not reliable. It’s just the mindset and yes unfortunately, it’s the lack of integrity. When I find a good service person, I go out of my way to keep them. Good luck and looks like you have a gem with Ryan 😊👌

  2. Glad to hear the mattress has arrived and suits you, your back must be so happy….can’t believe you shovelled all that compost and more to come, what an accomplishment………..get some rest please………Donna in Toronto

  3. Love your channel have really enjoyed the most recent videos. Also welcome to SC my family has lived here for generations and I could not imagine living any where else. I'm looking forward to more of these updates you are doing a great job.

  4. Loved the video and if I lived anywhere close by I'd have been over there in a heartbeat helping you with that yard I love to work outside and the salad I could eat that every night that's my kind of food. All is looking good.

  5. I love th.e blouse the company sent you from Eureka Springs Arkansas I have tried to contact Christophers left messages have you heard from them? Would you let me know if any word has been heard from them. I just love that blouse, it is just the kind I of blouse I have searched for, so if u know about them please let me know thanks.

  6. Find out who owns the home ant email them about how bad the rental company they PAY is keeping their property up. Send him photos of the yard work you've done. Before and after.

  7. Hi Kimberly, this is off topic for this video, but I watch Beth.. fiftyplusbeauty and she just posted her 6 week results using Oralift. It looks promising, but it costs $400 (ouch). Will you try it and share results? Please 😊

  8. So funny – the build up to the dump truck & contents…thought it was going to be your new island! Must say, I’d be excited for the compost too! Good to hear you’re saving the pine needles- doves use the for nests:) really looking forward to the garden transform!
Geeze, that management company should be treating you like gold – you’ll be leaving them with more improvements than any other property- all because of your TLC;)

  9. Truly inspirational, as I have said before. I hope you realize what a positive impact you are having on so many people’s lives!
I am curious about how you narrowed down your choices in the South. I know you had mentioned climate for your gardening but what were your criteria for choosing South Carolina, and Aiken in particular? What kind of research was involved? Thanks!

  10. You’re just such a cool, positive and energetic person❣️I wish I was more like you!! Fantastic vlog as always and I agree with you that integrity is key. Lots of love from Sweden ❣️

  11. The camping cot -Yikes!🤯
But! You are SO creative, Kimberly, to have added that pretty, fluffy little bit of luxury on the floor to set your feet upon when you get up in the morning😃…
(unless you happen to get up on 'The wrong side of the
    bed')🙄

  12. Those pipes you removed…I think I recall you saying something about planting a garden against the fence? I’ve done that same thing! I bought hooks to hang over the top of the fence, I used conduit pipes to string a netting trellis across those hooks that hold the pipes up with the netting hanging from it. I had tomatoes grow over my head! A little one row garden supplied me with tomatoes to last a year! Froze them. Also had cucumbers and they grew right up the netting! Got the netting on Amazon and this is my 2nd year with it so it lasts. The one I bought is called AlpineReach trellis netting and I see it’s no longer available but I do see alternatives. Wish I could send you pictures. I’m 65 so I’m telling you. My little fence row garden was the best way to go for women our age. Much easier to care for and keep up.

  13. I am so enjoying your adventures! I've thought about moving cross country to be closer to my grandchildren in Boston ( I currently live in Arizona). Take care and make time to rest girlfriend, I'm getting tired just watching you😀

  14. What kind of Mattress is Lull and would you recommend it now that you've slept in it? I need a new mattress (king size) and I'm putting it on a platform bed. Thanks Kim! Oh, if I were there, I'd help you spread that dirt!
