From my lawn care to most other home projects requiring assistance, I have found most people to be undependable and not reliable. It’s just the mindset and yes unfortunately, it’s the lack of integrity. When I find a good service person, I go out of my way to keep them. Good luck and looks like you have a gem with Ryan 😊👌

So funny – the build up to the dump truck & contents…thought it was going to be your new island! Must say, I’d be excited for the compost too! Good to hear you’re saving the pine needles- doves use the for nests:) really looking forward to the garden transform! Geeze, that management company should be treating you like gold – you’ll be leaving them with more improvements than any other property- all because of your TLC;)

The camping cot -Yikes!🤯 But! You are SO creative, Kimberly, to have added that pretty, fluffy little bit of luxury on the floor to set your feet upon when you get up in the morning😃… (unless you happen to get up on 'The wrong side of the bed')🙄
I love your comments about the new mattress. It’s amazing to me it came in such a small box and yet it’s a super size mattress. It looks fabulous on that bed frame.
Those pipes you removed…I think I recall you saying something about planting a garden against the fence? I’ve done that same thing! I bought hooks to hang over the top of the fence, I used conduit pipes to string a netting trellis across those hooks that hold the pipes up with the netting hanging from it. I had tomatoes grow over my head! A little one row garden supplied me with tomatoes to last a year! Froze them. Also had cucumbers and they grew right up the netting! Got the netting on Amazon and this is my 2nd year with it so it lasts. The one I bought is called AlpineReach trellis netting and I see it’s no longer available but I do see alternatives. Wish I could send you pictures. I’m 65 so I’m telling you. My little fence row garden was the best way to go for women our age. Much easier to care for and keep up.
