  1. Very sad that the political egotistical fools who think they can save the world forget that the constitution was written to keep them from doing exactly what they are doing, being in our business for no reason other then revenue for the criminals of the state and fed governments!!!!

  2. I hate that word "allowed" when talking about guns and self protection. Im am a responsible respectful adult who doesn't need to be told I'm "allowed" to do something, as long as I don't bother or hurt anyone else, I shouldn't be parented about my how i want to be prepared to protect myself against idiots!!

  3. These issues have been around well before medical marijuana was even a concept. There've been several cases where people get prescription painkillers for a multitude of different reasons and then get slapped with federal charges because they also have firearms at the same time.

  4. So say if you want to get a medical card for at home use you would be perfectly fine then to carry your ccw and your license as long as you have no thc containing substances in the vehicle or on person if stopped by a federal agent. Dumb question but what would be the odds of you getting pulled over by one of them at random. I live in PA so if this us for Florida then the laws may be a little different but mostly the same. You can have a ccw and you can have a MMC. So you won't get in trouble if a municipal officer, county sheriff or a state trooper would happen to stop you?

  5. Given the fact that the constitution was printed on cannabis hemp paper 14 years after it’s ratified means I’m sure the founding fathers could give two shits about cannabis

  6. From what I understand it don't matter what state you're in its Federal it's against the law federally guns under federal law it is against the law to possess a firearm while possessing or taking a controlled substance

  7. A gun or a joint. I'll keep my guns. But you can drink and having a gun. Go figure. Have to wear a seat belt in a car but no helmet on a bike. Go figure. This country if so screwed up. It's all about money

  8. If you allow your medical Marijuana card to expire, can you purchase a firearm then? I prefer to have them both but if I can only have one it’ll be firearms to protect my family.

  9. How about we are all fucking adults and can make our own decisions for ourselves. As long as we don't hurt or impose our wills on others.
This ain't the land of the free anymore. You feel?

  10. Hi, nice to meet you, this was a great video my friend. Ive recently applied for a M1911 A1 Tactical 2, Pistol. Its my first time buying, or ever applying to purchase a pistol or gun should I say.
I answered no, on the questionier for the federal government, cause I am legally prescribed MMC in my state medicinally. And before I got home, after paying the $788.00, for both the pistol, & the 45 ACP ammo, they called me back to let me know that it gave them a non-approval for me, & that they werent shure why, but that I have to bring a "Non-Approval" paperwork to the Sheriff's Sub-Station, to have my fingerprints put on the paperwork, & to have the Sheriff fill out the section thats needs their attention, & then bring it back to the gun shop for them to send it to the Tallahassee, Florida.
Now, I wasnt aware of the different laws around buying a firearm when on Medical Marijuana Card program legally in the state of Florida. So, im wondering if thats what flagged me for my "non-approval", or if its something else, wich at that point, id have absolutely no clue what was causing this weird scenario. Andrew if that is the case, can I surrender my MMC card back over to the government, so that im no longer considered a Medical Marijuana user? Cause if thats all I need to do, to give me my 2nd Amendment, like I legally shouldn't be able to protect my home, then im all for it!
But I truly do want to get this permission legally, & also would like to get my carrier's permit, as well too! Im willing to take all the necessary classes, & do whatever it takes too! As of now, I know that the Gunshop still has my money, & they gave me the receipt, & also sent me home with a box of 50 rounds of .45 ACP ammo, wich I have stored safely in a safe keeping area for the time being…Thank you for your help & support my friend…. πŸ”«πŸ”«πŸ‘πŸ™

  11. If I had a marijuana recommendation for a different state but never used it or visited a dispensary and cancelled it can I still carry as long as I don’t possess marijuana

  12. Here’s what I take away from this… if you are an β€œunlawful” user, or are β€œaddicted” to any narcotics or controlled substances, you cannot possess a firearm.
But in my own head, I keep hearing…shall not be infringed.

  13. what if you already own a gun (rifle or shotgun), and didn't have a permit before getting your medical card in florida? I don't conceal carry but what about the laws on home defense?

  14. Okay but isn’t it against HIPPA law for a gun shop to look at marijuana card as a barrier for entry to own a weapon lawfully? That doesn’t make any sense they are breaking federal law by sharing my medical marijuana card information

  15. What would be the case if you already possess a firearm and had your CWL prior to getting your medical card?

If you use your weapon in self defense and it's found you have the proper paperwork, but also have a medical card, will you be charged for illegal possession of a firearm, and even possibly murder?

  16. If your high and involved in a shooting, You will lose everything you own in civil court. Even if you avoid criminal charges. If your drunk and involved in a shooting it’s a crime. Just like driving drunk, and getting hit by another car. It’s still a crime even though it’s not your fault. If you wanna be a doper or a drunk, then maybe you shouldn’t be carrying a firearm. Need to hold yourself to higher standard. If you don’t have the self control to stay off drugs. Maybe you don’t have the self control necessary to carry a gun

  17. Hey there. I have a question in regards to non violent federal felonies. From 20 years ago. I want to take a shot at getting my gun rights back. The law says I can. But the system is broken. Would you be willing to give me advice on some questions?

  18. So you can use alcohol and possess a firearm, but you can't use marijuana and possess firearm? Similarly, it is not considered dangerous to own a motor vehicle and hold a medical marijuana card, but it is considered dangerous to own a firearm and hold a medical marijuana card?

    I don't understand the rationale.
