  1. Yeah, no one can be prescribed it though! No products available under the Medical Cannabis Access Programme are available to anyone because the programme isn’t even running. It has no funding. Not a single patient has been prescribed under it. Their only option is to apply for a “Ministerial License”. Patients were being forced to travel out of the country to obtain their prescriptions which were costing them thousands of euro. They are not being reimbursed by the HSE. Only approx 50 people have a license.

    It is a MESS in Ireland.
