  1. I’m also low key considering removing my tattoos.. I’m not scares about the pain whatsoever but I’m more scared about regretting it. I just feel like I’ve outgrown them.. And is everything going to go away? Or will there still be some pigment left?

  2. Hello Estée, I just wanted to tell you that i've been loving you lately! you are such a down to earth person and in a sea full of fake influencers you really are unique and refreshing! Thank you for that! And keep filming cause girl we need more Estée content 🙂

  3. Loved this vlog!! As silly as it sounds, I honestly don't know what I would do without this content lol. It's just nice to see what's new in your day-to-day life. The weekly vlogs are super comforting, and far from boring! Good luck with the tattoo removals and potential home move!

  4. Hey Estee, we have just put our 4 year old labradoodle, Monte, on Fluoxetine. He’s always been hyper-alert and highly anxious. We are also deciding to move to a quieter area in a new city, but were concerned about his anxiety during the whole moving process so talked to our vet. He’s been on Fluoxetine for just over a week now and we can’t believe the progress he has made. His barking and hyper-vigilance has soothed and he seems much more confident and calm. We’ve also increased decompression walks and quiet time to give him the best chance at success. His appetite has been a bit upset, eating quite a bit less and being picky with his food, but he has had bouts of pickiness throughout his life so far so that’s nothing we can’t handle (lots of yummy whole foods are his favourite!). A lot of people are concerned about their pup losing their personality on fluoxetine, but in Monte’s case I would describe it as taking the edge of his anxieties without dulling his sparkle, couldn’t have asked for a better result (fingers crossed it stays this way!). Really feel for you and how hard it can be to have an anxious doggo, all the best Estee 🌼

  5. My dog took the same drug (puppy prozac) and while we thought itworkd for a bit we felt it wasn't really doing much after a couple of years and took him off. Mypartner now works from home since 2020 which calms him a lot as his issue is mostly separation anxiety

  6. Hi Estée my last dog was the anxiety herself, we moved to the country side in Portugal, and she completely changed., with lots of space, no traffic, no businessess and just fresh air all year. She past way at the age of 17 completely and anxiety free. I even became more happier to se her improvement. All the best.

  7. RE the move, maybe the ground floor of a block of flats could work too? On a quiet tree lined street? I've been looking as well, and some have direct access to a courtyard or the outdoors. Could be great if you want to be still somewhere somewhat central .

  8. As well as numbing cream, I would take a strong painkiller with paracetamol and codeine in it. That is what Dr’s offer in Australia for laser treatment . It definitely takes the edge off the pain. Just don’t drive when you take it. Also, don’t get it done just before your period, some studies have shown people are more sensitive to pain during that time. Good luck for next time.

  9. Loving the “boring” vlogs. Still much more exciting than my life haha, but I guess we always think our lives are more boring than the next. Learning to be grateful. Wishing you and Effie the best 💕

  10. I’m a vet tech at an animal clinic. Fluoxetine is a common “anti-anxiety”drug we use. We have good success with most pets on it at our practise! I know how difficult it is to have a nervous pet. But you go above and beyond to help Effie! ❤️

  11. As someone who’s had 2 tattoos removed and is currently on my 3rd, I can attest to how painful it is. Almost indescribable. I use lidocaine numbing cream, and it does literally nothing for me. And my tech does NOT have the cold air thing! My body goes into shock every time. It’s pure torture, but so worth it when they’re gone! (Just be prepared for 12+ treatments to fully remove them. I had one that took 22 😳)
