Hi Ben, I don’t think my question was seen on the live. I wanted to know if fasting insulin can be too low. I have heard 2-3 is most optimal and mine used to be 2.6 a year ago. Mine is now lower than 1 as I do a combination keto, Intermittent fasting and a flex day as you suggest but my fasting insulin is still lower than 1. Is this too low and if so what should I do to get it to the optimal level or 2-3?
