Thank you for your post our stories sound almost exactly the same except for mine was a 6 year row yeah roller coaster ride with doctors before I self diagnosed by finding and eliminating every other symptom except for the constant rib pain. That was the 1.0 I'm assuming got May 2021 I'm going back for 3.0 with doctor Hansen. So it brings me peace to find that these spacers and plates help. I'm glad you're doing better greatly.
