  1. I hate that there’s disruption in the New York cannabis market due to the court injunction on the CAURD, but I’m glad it happens. It’s not right that NY is only awarded licenses to people who (or their family members) were convicted of cannabis crimes. It’s just downright absurd that the law abiding citizens are being penalized for following the law. Cannabis were used by human beings for thousands of years before being banned worldwide and not just so called black and brown people that were locked up due to prohibition. Many people worldwide were locked up and still being locked up for cannabis possession. But in the USA, politicians afraid to make common sense cannabis policies because they are scared to offend the victimhood narrative.
