I think we all knew it would be a matter of time before something like this happened and liability would be tested in the courts. I know of a similar case brought against a person providing a sweat-lodge experience. Be careful, prudent, and wise to the extent possible. My sympathy goes out to all who suffer through neglect, and at the same time I sure wish everyone would have a heaping helping of self responsibility and accountability throughout all of our earthly endeavors.
