Can I ask in what way you feel the mushrooms help? Like is it helping getting to sleep quicker, stopping your mind wandering, giving you deeper sleep etc?
Thanks Eloise! Very cool video! Some good ideas to try. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and for the last year have been using a cpap device nightly. The biggest difference I see is my deep has increased significantly and I seldom need a nap in the middle of the day anymore! I also noticed I recover from workouts much better.
I find a need a routine for sleep. Have to go to bed the same time every night or it just throws me out.
