  1. Thanks Eloise! Very cool video! Some good ideas to try. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and for the last year have been using a cpap device nightly. The biggest difference I see is my deep has increased significantly and I seldom need a nap in the middle of the day anymore! I also noticed I recover from workouts much better.
