Kimberly, I would love to try this tea but I have a medical question. I take a shot every week to lower my immune system. It’s what’s necessary in an autoimmune disease (Rheumatoid arthritis). Could Garrett answer this question? This mushroom could be my miracle or my arthritic demise! Edited: Everyone should do research. I looked at WebMD and found that people on insulin or blood thinners should be very cautious when using chava. It can cause hyperglycemia and reduce blood clotting factors. It also said not to use if you’re prone to kidney stones. I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade and I love Kimberly’s channel. Just stating what I read from a reliable source.

After watching this video, I did some more research on chaga, as I had not heard of it before. Then had my husband watch this last evening and he too was intrigued (I have spoken of your videos so often I felt like he finally met you!). There are just a wide range of possible benefits which is great from something completely natural. Today I called the Birch Boys office and their customer service was delightful. She was so kind in patiently answering my questions, and quite knowledgeable. On a side note, they are in upstate NY 10 minutes from where my husbands grandmother lived…..really cold😜 She was so complimentary of you as well. I had an all around great experience. I've never smoked & don't drink alcoholic beverages. From time to time I do eat fast food, especially when I'm on the run, but for the most part I have a very healthy diet. People think I'm in my forties, and can't believe I'm in my later 60s. Health, the way you eat & exercise is of the utmost importance. I'm convinced that so much of our nutritional history is lost as a result of global modernization. I think of my great grandparents, who generally died of old age, yes they had some aches and pains but besides that they just got old and died probably because of their diets and lifestyles….Very different from my generation.

Ordered the ChagaNOW. From his demo, one scoop makes quite a large amount so it's cost effective. Don't want to flavor my organic MyCoffee dark roast coffee because I love it. I've been buying lion's mane mushrooms from the farmers market but it's hit or miss.
