Doesn’t exactly look yummy, but I’m going to give it a go! I’ll be following your progress with interest as you’re a month further down the track from me 😊. I’m at the start of my journey to regain the strength and movement I took for granted in my thirties and forties. It’s now so much harder at 58 and I’ve lost so much flexibility and gained so much weight that I’m really concerned that my sixties will much more difficult. A quick search shows me I can get the ingredients locally so I’ll follow your recipe. With one major exception – tap water will be just fine. It’s perfectly safe (here in the UK at least) and I won’t use bottled water on principle – 60 million plastic water bottles are thrown away in the US every day! As for structured water, it’s utter nonsense. There was one tiny study around ten years ago on rats that showed minimal difference which has never been replicated in humans. There are some studies out there showing there’s no evidence structured water even exists, and that magnetised water has exactly the same properties as before. There’s no changing the structure of H2O. If your tap water is unappealing, perhaps best just using a filter?
Kefir might be a healthier choice than yogurt, to add to this recipe. Plain or fruit 🍓 flavored. It contains healthy bacteria strains that help our health, including gut health for better overall digestive function, and permeability. The natural biome of our gut lining. Fortify should be the goal…..
Wanted to add suggestion for those who don't have structured water device, you could try this method: Pour your water into the measuring cup; after, hold it with both hands and slowly swirl the water creating a vortex. While doing this, send loving thoughts and feelings to the water.

Hi Kimberly, Almost 66 here and wanting to up my game. Your videos give me a roadmap so I don’t have to be my own cartographer. I put blueberries in my smoothie with some vanilla protein powder so no need for the stevia. You have many friends online here that’d want to go on a walk with you!
Hi Kimberly, love to watch you. Just one thing about (Tumeric) Turmeric. For it to absorb you really need to purchase one with black pepper in it or add 1/8 or less to it. Just FYI friend.
I add the “Hydrolyzed Multi Collagen Peptides Code Age” that you suggested. I also add Organic Veda Moringa Leaf Powder and MRM Nutrition Egg White Protein vanilla. I’m going to order the Organic Cinnamon, now! ❤❤❤

Question, I thought you need black pepper in order to have tumeric effective. I noticed your 2 videos regarding drinks there is no black pepper. Is that truth or myth? TY

In another video you gave us your Apple Cider Vinegar Drink you do 3x a day. In this video you stated before you go to the gym you have only water & coffee, are you still doing the ACV Drink in the morning? That smoothie looks really good. Thank you.

Unable to use spirulina due to shellfish allergy. I think it is recommended to keep chia seeds refrigerated. Thanks for the recipe
