  1. hey buddy. I got a VT1100, just got it from the shop i just wanted them to rebuild the carb and re-jet it but when i wanted to pick it up yesterday, they said the bike wont turn fire the front cylinder; even though it had no problem with it before I left the bike with them; they diagnosed bad CDI; I brought the bike home and wanted to check everything out myself (probably should have done everything myself) and the front cylinder doesnt seem to get any fuel at all. drain screw on carb for front cylinder isnt even installed, any ideas?

  2. Great video. I got a 99 vt1100c. Got cobra drag pipes no baffles and dyno jet kit in it (180 main jets) still get that lean poping on deceleration from the rear cylinder only… any advice? I see you have quite a few videos about these vt bikes. Figured u would be perfect one to ask. Thanks again for the videos

  3. I just responded to your other one too – the air cutoff valve is the round cover on the side of each carb if you have them horizontal with the big diaphragm cover facing up. also I mentioned in the other one the little screen above your needle seat

  4. There's a little o-ring and seal in there… but if it does absolutely nothing I'd be looking at the passage coming away from the air cutoff valve or the passage furthest right on the back (airbox) side of the carb — but not before I opened a bowl drain and made sure it's even getting fuel
