  1. I also take spirulina and didn’t hate it. I think most everything only has short term effects. As a result I have a gross amount of supplements

  2. CBD helps a lot of people. For me it does next to nothing other than improving sleep quallity. However I can tell you what did work. Spirulina, the blue green algae supplement. It has tryptophan for your body to make serotonin and other neurotransmitters from (way more than turkey has) and I found several scientific papers explaining its antidepressant properties, kind of SSRI-like. It also has vitamin B12 and protein.
