Psychedelics have proven very effective in the treatment of various mental health issues asides other health benefits. Helped me get out of years of depression and excessive alcohol use.
Dude was more than likely taking starch from Real Mushrooms, Host Defense, etc. There's only 1 lion's mane supplement that actually works and has the data to prove.
Vitamins and protein drinks are a good way to make yourself sick People usually find this out the hard way! As long as the mushroom powder is just that ingredient- well then your ok there!
Currently added this to my daily multi, mag glycinate, and Vit D3/K2. I have been having such vivid dreams (like the ones I used to have as a kid). It's super trippy, but I enjoy it. Today, I woke up more alert than I have been in quite a while.
It's incredibly failing for the Medical field to not pursuit the benefits of mushrooms especially on the decades of solid research, It goes against the Hippocratic Oath. My only guess is that Big Pharma hasn't figured out a way to capitalize and control the medical field on it yet and they have offered Doctors kick back payouts for pushing certain medicines that don't cure but control. So until Big Pharma gets in the game and completely destroys the health benefits of mushrooms it's up to us to research on our own. Mushrooms have helped people with Depression, anxiety, cancer, PTSD, hormone therapy, muscle and cartilage rebuilding in an extremely safe manner. It's really sad the U.S. medical field has put Money in front of people in the last 3 years more than ever before.

Good information but your presentation feels too much like an info commercial. Sorry
Four minutes to learn you get a "boost of energy".
Guy takes so many supplements and attends gym, still looking bad)))

I felt it immediately
Can you have lions mane everyday for the rest of your life? what are some recommended cycles?
Nice try mushrooms, you arent going to turn me into a zombie.
What brand are you using?
Just downloaded your guide man, very well done👍
When I took it I couldn’t stand more than a week of it because it had a dissociative side effect
I use a powder form and mix it in my everyday post workout protein shake.
I feel great and look great.
I sometimes workout 3x a day to get rid of energy.
One hundred percent agreed experience
Just a couple days of not taking Lions Mane you lose the neurogenesis you build over time using it.
Feels subjective. Would have liked a more scientific and objective conclusion seeing as you are a doctor as well.
Hm quite little and not really scientific information for a doc… Well let's see after watching multiple videos about that shroom I'm gonna try it …
It’s all bs! Once it hits your stomach acid it loses its benefits.
Are you still taking it?
It’s the kids bro
so basically you stopped taking it and you felt unfocused and tired again. So you're only benefiting by continuing to use Lions mane.
Makes me sleep like a baby. Vivid dreams. Cool stuff. I will add Reishi asap.
