Does this anxiety assessment result in an actual diagnosis of anxiety if it would seem I have it or am I just told that I probably have it and should see a doctor? Just need to verify this before I pay the $75.
Hey dude, my gf has some extreme anxiety — we went uninsured for 2021, but now have insurance again and are looking to obtain a card for her. Would it be as simple as obtaining the records she has at the last doctor she spoke with, and forwarding them over to an approving doctor? Would insurance by chance forward over the records? Trying to plan this out lol
