We love it when people get better using traditional methods – but we don't see those people; we see the ones who have tried 7 different clinicians, so we must be different.
Brian and McGill saved my ass very much. Louie Simmons, doctor Stu McGill, Kelly Staret, Brian Caroll, and doctor Mckanzy are a MUST with low back pain.
Thanks very much Brian, always a treat to listen to you and Dr. McGill
Both of these wonderful men saved my life, I followed up all their advice and I'm pain free and almost back to normal again. It was hard work, but the end result was astounding, I feel like my back is getting stronger than before.
Another great clip… I always learn some new pearl from each interview. It’s so important for people to truly understand that controlling motion is the same goal for everyone but exactly how that gets done is unique to that person. There is no one way to get out of pain, it must be tailored to the individual after assessment.
I know walking is a very big part of your progression, but one of my major pain triggers is walking, usually after 50 to 100 yards. So how can I get out there and start walking?

There is no short cuts
If you continue to break the law of biomechanics eventually you will end up in a bad way
The law will always win
